Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados is an oceanfront luxury resort and whole-ownership residential development on the northwest Platinum Coast of St. Peter, Barbados, near historic Speightstown. Developed under Pendry Hotels & Resorts, part of Montage International, it pairs roughly 80 guestrooms and suites with 46 private two-to-five-bedroom residences, a 110-berth marina and yacht club, Spa Pendry and multiple dining venues. Construction is led by Aecon Construction Group with interiors by Studio Munge.
