Pottuvil, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is an ultra-luxury resort taking shape on Sri Lanka's pristine eastern coast near Arugam Bay, tucked between the Indian Ocean and a vibrant lagoon amid mangroves, wildlife and some of the island's most celebrated surf. The Reserve, the brand's first in Sri Lanka, comprises 73 expansive villas, each with a separate living area, private sun deck and infinity plunge pool, alongside 80 branded residences for sale. Guest amenities include two specialty restaurants, the signature Ritz-Carlton Spa, a fitness centre, a Marine and Wildlife Centre, a Water Sports Club and the Ritz Kids Recreation Centre, with curated game drives and bespoke cultural experiences delivered through the brand's anticipatory service.
