Developed by Ventive Hospitality under its landmark multi-hotel agreement with Marriott International, the Reserve will offer 73 villas with private decks and plunge pools alongside 80 Ritz-Carlton branded residences for sale. Amenities are set to include two specialty restaurants, a Ritz-Carlton Spa, a fitness centre, a marine and wildlife centre, a water sports club and a Ritz Kids program, with guests arriving by a scenic drive from Colombo or by seaplane or charter flight.
