East West Partners is developing four two-story residences of roughly 4,800 square feet each, with four or five bedrooms, designed by Denver's 4240 Architecture in a modern take on Vail's Bavarian heritage. Owners get access to Sonnenalp Hotel services and ski valet, plus a heated outdoor pool and whirlpools overlooking Gore Creek, private underground parking and large terraces. Saunders Construction is the general contractor, and a bank branch remains on the ground floor. Homes have been marketed at roughly $22.5 million to $26 million each.
