Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's Retal Heights rises as twin refined towers from a shared podium, one dedicated to an internationally operated luxury hotel and branded residences, the other to private apartments, their crowns dissolving into intricate illuminated latticework that responds to Riyadh's light and climate. The podium acts as a vibrant social hub with flexible event spaces, landscaped terraces, and a tranquil water garden binding the towers into a single lifestyle destination. Fine dining, international cafés, wellness, and leisure spaces orient toward panoramic city views, with a dramatic sky portal and infinity pool at the summit. The scheme was unveiled through a tactile timber model at Cityscape Global in Riyadh.
