Architecture is by Gómez Vázquez International in collaboration with Niz + Chauvet Arquitectos, with interiors and more than 20,000 square feet of amenities appointed in Roche Bobois pieces, including a grand lobby, owners' lounge, art plaza and an open-air pool deck.
