Rosewood Blue Palace is the full-scale transformation of one of Crete's most iconic waterfront resorts into Rosewood's first Greek property, opening mid-2026. The 154-room redesigned resort rises along Crete's northeast coastline between Plaka and Elounda on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Elounda with direct views of Spinalonga Island. Owned by Phāea and redesigned by Athens-based K-Studio with a refined residential feel rooted in Cretan materials and craftsmanship. 85 rooms feature private pools; suites and villas span the remainder.
