Rosewood Hillsboro Beach

Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach is an ultra-luxury branded condominium set on nearly 12 acres at 1180 Hillsboro Mile, a rare ocean-to-Intracoastal parcel on the stretch of Broward County shoreline known as Millionaire's Mile. Developed by Related Group and Dezer Development with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, it is the first hospitality-branded condominium on this beachfront and commands more than 1,200 feet of combined waterfront. Arquitectonica designed the low-slung 10-story composition to sit lightly on the site, with interiors by Studio Piet Boon and construction by Coastal Construction Group. The 92 residences span oceanfront and Intracoastal-facing homes plus a 15-unit penthouse collection, ranging from roughly 2,800 to 6,400 square feet with terraces that in the largest homes exceed 6,000 square feet, so that indoor and outdoor living read as a single volume. Amenities are organized as a private resort under Rosewood's A Sense of Place philosophy: an indoor-outdoor wellness center with spa, hammam, sauna, hydrotherapy and cold plunge pools and a salon, two fitness centers and a yoga room, oceanfront and sunset-facing pools, private beach access with dedicated service, chef-led restaurants and a cocktail bar, a game room and multi-sport simulator, guest suites for visitors, tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, and a private marina with 14 vessel slips on the Intracoastal side. The result is a low-density enclave that trades tower height for horizontal waterfront frontage, an increasingly scarce proposition on the South Florida coast.
