Rosewood Residences West Palm Beach is an ultra-luxury Rosewood-branded condominium planned at 2001 North Flagler Drive on the West Palm Beach waterfront, developed by a joint venture of Related Group and BH Group. Designed by Arquitectonica, the 27-story tower holds just 90 residences averaging roughly 3,400 square feet, served by more than 13,000 square feet of indoor amenities and a fifth-floor pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Replacing a former medical office building on a compact waterfront parcel, the project brings the Rosewood brand's residential offering to Palm Beach County alongside the same partnership's nearby Ritz-Carlton Residences.
