About the project

The Safe Harbor Rybovich District is a planned $2 billion waterfront redevelopment of the storied Rybovich superyacht marina at 4200 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach's North End, between 38th and 44th streets on the Intracoastal Waterway. Integra Investments, which acquired the marina from the Huizenga family, is advancing a Kohn Pedersen Fox master plan of four condominium towers with 660 residences, led by a 36-story, 461-foot tower that would be the tallest in West Palm Beach. Around roughly 2.6 million square feet of development, the plan layers a commercial promenade of shops and restaurants, office space, crew amenities and marine storage, a 60,000-square-foot private club, and multi-tiered promenades linking public waterfront paths to resident amenities, with parking hidden beneath a raised, landscaped podium.
