The Saks Fifth Redevelopment reimagines the former Saks Fifth Avenue flagship at The Esplanade, 150 Worth Avenue, on Palm Beach's storied luxury shopping street. Conceived by New York-based O'Connor Capital Partners with classical design by Fairfax & Sammons Architecture, the roughly 50,000-square-foot, two-level building is planned as a premier destination blending high-end retail, boutique office space and lifestyle offerings, with leasing and tenant curation by Odyssey Retail. The Esplanade, a nearly full-block Mediterranean-style retail complex whose tenants include Emilio Pucci, Akris and Hublot, has since been acquired by Reuben Brothers and Crown Onyx in a $200 million deal.
