Samana Ocean Views Interiors by ELIE SAAB is a private-island branded residence development by Dubai-based SAMANA Developers on Medhafushi, an 11.74-hectare island in Haa Alifu Atoll at the northern end of the Maldives, about twenty minutes by speedboat from Hanimaadhoo Airport or forty-five minutes by seaplane from Male. The roughly USD 598 million project, SAMANA's first branded residence venture and its first collaboration with the Lebanese fashion house ELIE SAAB, spans about 507,000 square feet and delivers 190 residences across beachfront villas, over-water bungalows and poolside apartments, each with a private pool or jacuzzi and interiors styled by ELIE SAAB. Amenities include a spa and wellness centre, Arabic and Japanese specialty restaurants, a dive centre and watersports base, multiple pools, a fitness centre and family facilities, with coral restoration built into the island's sustainability program.
