Secret Bay occupies a rainforest headland near Portsmouth on the northwestern coast of Dominica, where villas are threaded through the canopy above Secret Beach and Tibay Beach with views across the Caribbean Sea toward Cabrits National Park, the volcanic ridge of Morne Aux Diables, and, on clear days, Guadeloupe and Les Saintes. The all-villa Relais and Chateaux property is designed by resident architect Claude Lauture and built in enclaves rather than a single phase, with each villa placed for privacy, cross breezes, and a private plunge pool. Villas are offered for whole ownership and enter a rental program, with sales handled by Sotheby's International Realty. The master plan runs to 42 villas across six enclaves, Peninsula, Clifftop, Hillside, Summit, Waterfront, and Cliffside, alongside a spa program and beach amenities. Construction uses Guyanese Greenheart hardwood, with furniture and interior pieces handcrafted from Dominican Red Cedar by local artisans.
