Senna Tower

Senna Tower is an ultra-slender supertall rising on the Barra Sul beachfront of Balneário Camboriú, the vertical capital of southern Brazil, conceived as a tribute to Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna. Developed by FG Empreendimentos in partnership with the Senna family and designed by the French-Brazilian studio Triptyque, the tower gathers a small number of expansive full- and multi-floor residences behind a shimmering, tapering facade engineered to read as a beacon over the Atlantic. Its crown culminates in a triplex penthouse set among the clouds, while lower levels stack resort-grade leisure, pool and wellness decks for residents. Advanced tuned-mass-damper technology tames ocean winds at extreme height, and the project targets top-tier environmental certification, a first for a residential supertall in Latin America. Framed by the bay, the beach and the surrounding green hills, it reframes Balneário Camboriú as a global address for vertical luxury living.
