Senna Tower is an ultra-slender residential supertall rising on the Barra Sul beachfront at Avenida Atlantica 4466 in Balneario Camboriu, the vertical capital of southern Brazil. Developed by FG Empreendimentos in partnership with the Senna brand and Havan, and conceived as a tribute to Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna, the roughly 550-meter tower is planned with 157 floors and 228 residences, ranging from apartments of up to 400 square meters to suspended sky mansions and triplex penthouses. Its high-altitude amenity program places wellness spaces more than 200 meters up and social rooms near the crown, and it is set to be the first residential supertall in Latin America stabilized by a tuned mass damper, while targeting LEED Platinum certification.
