Senoa Resort & Spa is a low-density wellness resort on 11.5 acres of Oak Creek frontage at 150 Schnebly Hill Road in Sedona, Arizona, a quarter-mile walk from the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. The $116 million property spreads 70 villa-style guestrooms across 29 freestanding structures of stone, timber and steel, with rooms running from 600 square feet for a king to 720 square feet for a suite and 1,300 square feet for the presidential suite. Amenities include a two-story creekside restaurant serving indigenous menu options, a bar called the Red Rock Saloon, a 5,500 square foot wellness spa, 3,200 square feet of multi-purpose event space, an event lawn with private creek access, a pool, four workforce housing units and 90 valet parking spaces. R.D. Olson Development and Senoa Investment Partners are the developers, R.D. Olson Construction is the builder, AO is architect of record and WATG served as entitlement architect. No hotel brand or third-party operator has been announced.
