About the project

Shell Bay Residences is the condominium component of Shell Bay, a 150-acre private golf and lifestyle enclave at 501 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach, Florida, redeveloping the former Diplomat golf property between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic. Developed by the Witkoff Group and Ari Pearl's PPG Development, the 20-story tower holds 108 Auberge Resorts Collection branded residences designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design with interiors by AvroKO, in one- to four-bedroom layouts of roughly 1,200 to 4,500 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass and deep terraces facing the golf course, the water and the Miami skyline. Ownership carries membership in South Florida's first new private golf club in decades, anchored by an 18-hole championship course designed by Greg Norman, a racquet and pickleball complex, a members' clubhouse with spa, restaurants and event space, a 48-slip marina on the Intracoastal Waterway, and grounds by Nievera Williams Design. A 21-story, 60-key Auberge hotel rises alongside the tower, extending hotel-grade service, dining and amenities to residents inside the gates.
