Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners with interiors by Rottet Studio, it holds 98 water-facing residences at four homes per floor, served by an 18,355-square-foot amenity program anchored by an Equinox-curated fitness and wellness suite, plus a rooftop deck with a 75-foot lap pool, cold plunge and spa, a golf simulator, and private dining.
