Singer Island Gateway

Singer Island Gateway is a luxury Intracoastal condominium proposed by New York-based The Continuum Company at 2525 Lake Drive on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida. Designed by Arquitectonica, the roughly 25-occupied-story tower would deliver 298 residences ranging from townhomes to four-bedroom layouts across more than 700,000 square feet, wrapped by a marina, a lap pool and spa, padel and pickleball courts, a waterfront restaurant and a public civic plaza and baywalk. The development, which also proposes 25 workforce-housing units on a nearby parcel, is advancing through Riviera Beach's entitlement review as one of the highest-profile new projects on the barrier island.
