About the project

Developed by The Continuum Company, the New York firm led by Ian Bruce Eichner, and designed by Arquitectonica, the plan calls for 298 residences alongside a waterfront restaurant, ground-floor retail and a marina, creating a new gateway to Singer Island from the mainland. The project is working through Riviera Beach's planning and zoning, CRA and City Council review.
