Six Senses Antognolla transforms a 12th-century castle and its surrounding hamlet into a five-star resort and branded-residence community set across a roughly 540-hectare estate of olive groves, vineyards, and cypress in Umbria, near Perugia in the green heart of Italy, at Strada San Giovanni del Pantano with 79 residences and 71 hotel keys, under way since 2026 and set to finish in 2029.
Operated by Six Senses with construction by Rizzani de Eccher, the resort pairs a 71-key hotel — including sixteen suites within the restored medieval castle — with an expansive wellness center, an 18-hole golf course, and a collection of branded residences at Borgo Massarello ranging from apartments and villas to six-bedroom farmhouses.
Opening pushed back to 2029 to 2030; only the golf course is open today.
