Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for Pinnacle International, the tower anchors the wider Pinnacle One Yonge master plan at the foot of Yonge Street, where the downtown core meets the Lake Ontario waterfront. Its 958 condominium residences sit above a Le Méridien hotel, and residents draw on roughly 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space alongside ground-level retail and community facilities.
