SLS Punta del Este

SLS Punta del Este brings Ennismore's SLS Hotels and Residences to Uruguay for the first time, rising as two 24-story towers designed by Gomez Platero on a site of roughly 75,000 square feet with dual frontage on Avenida del Mar and the Playa Brava rambla at Parada 10. Developed by GNV Group, the property pairs 80 hotel rooms with 314 branded residences running from about 720 square feet to roughly 2,400 square feet, over two underground levels of parking and back of house. Interiors come from the US studio Reprtwar, built on a theatrical aesthetic layered with SLS brand signatures and contemporary art. The amenity program runs to a rooftop bar with 360-degree views over the Atlantic and the peninsula, a spa with meditation rooms and open-air training decks, a fitness center, two signature restaurants, a pool bar and a performance stage for private events. Hotel Equities operates the property, its first in Uruguay.
