The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach is a two-tower, 62-story oceanfront luxury condominium designed by Arquitectonica on a 4.7-acre beachfront site along Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group, the branded St. Regis project rises roughly 750 feet over 435 linear feet of private Atlantic shoreline, offering St. Regis-serviced residences, about 70,000 square feet of amenities, per-tower guest suites, and — in the north tower — what developers bill as South Florida's longest infinity pool. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
