Sydney Marriott Hotel Parramatta brings Marriott Hotels' flagship brand to Western Sydney for the first time, occupying a hotel component within One City Square, JQZ's large mixed-use development on Church Street in the Parramatta CBD. The 279-room property is the fifth Marriott Hotels and Resorts address in Australia and the second in greater Sydney, positioned on the city's restaurant-lined "Eat Street" strip and within walking distance of Parramatta Square, the light rail and the Parramatta River foreshore. Guest facilities are planned around an M Club lounge, a signature restaurant, a café and lobby lounge, and a rooftop swimming pool with its own pool bar looking back across the Parramatta skyline.
