The Beach Club, Barbuda

The Beach Club, Barbuda is a 400-acre low-impact resort and branded residential community stretching across two miles of beachfront at Princess Diana Beach on Barbuda's southwest coast, on the former K Club site, developed by founders Robert De Niro, James Packer and Daniel Shamoon. It is anchored by Nobu Beach Inn, a boutique Nobu Hospitality resort of 36 bedrooms set across 17 single-storey bungalow villas, alongside Nobu Barbuda, the Caribbean's only Nobu restaurant. Resort amenities include a beach club, an oceanfront pool and grill, an omakase sushi bar, an indoor and outdoor spa, two tennis and two padel courts, a gym pavilion, an outdoor cinema, a kids club and water sports. Beachfront real estate spans three collections: Nobu Beach Inn Residences, fully serviced homes from $12 million; The Beach Club Villas on one-acre lots from $7 million; and The Beach Club Estates, seven six-acre compounds from $15 million. Interiors are led by London-based Ward & Co, and all three founders will keep personal homes on the property. The development commits to ecologically sensitive design, renewable energy and an on-site farm, with private-jet access via Barbuda's Burton Nibbs airport.
