The Beach Club, Barbuda is a 400-acre low-impact resort and branded-residential community set on two miles of beachfront along Barbuda's southwest coast, developed by founders Robert De Niro, James Packer and Daniel Shamoon. It is anchored by Nobu Beach Inn, a 17-bungalow, 36-bedroom boutique resort scheduled to open in 2027, home to Nobu Barbuda (the Caribbean's only Nobu), a beach club and restaurant, an oceanfront grill, an omakase sushi bar, indoor and outdoor spa, oceanfront pool, tennis and padel courts, a kids club and water sports. Beachfront real estate spans three tiers on one-acre and six-acre lots: Nobu Beach Inn Residences (27 fully serviced homes from $12M), The Beach Club Villas (23 one-acre lots from $7M) and The Beach Club Estates (seven six-acre compounds from $15M). Interiors are led by London-based Ward & Co, and all three founders will keep personal homes on the property. The development commits to ecologically sensitive design, renewable energy and an on-site farm, with private-jet access via Barbuda's Burton Nibbs airport.
