About the project

The Brook Tennis and Pickleball is a roughly 79,000-square-foot indoor-and-outdoor racquet sports facility opening in suburban Boynton Beach in summer 2026 at 8255 Boynton Beach Boulevard, Building A. The climate-controlled venue offers five indoor tennis courts and two outdoor tennis courts, plus 14 indoor pickleball courts and six outdoor pickleball courts — all indoor courts air-conditioned for year-round play in a region where heat and rain routinely limit outdoor scheduling. Amenities include professional-grade lighting, designated viewing areas, a full-service pro shop, locker rooms, and on-site food and beverage including a café and sports bar. The Brook is owned and operated by Glenbrook Racquet Sports, a Chicago-based organization with more than two decades in the business that runs one of the country's largest indoor tennis clubs and previously developed what it bills as the country's first purpose-built indoor pickleball facility. The Boynton Beach location is the company's first fully indoor tennis and pickleball venue in Florida. Founding memberships began selling in 2025, with the first 100 already sold out ahead of the planned summer 2026 opening. ["Glenbrook Racquet Sports"]
