The Daymark

The Daymark is the first condominium building located directly on the Hudson River within Edge-on-Hudson, the master-planned mixed-use community in Sleepy Hollow, New York, roughly 25 miles north of Manhattan. The five-story, 100-residence building was designed by COOKFOX Architects, known for biophilic design, with interiors and custom kitchens featuring a Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package. Homes range from one- to three-bedroom traditional condominiums to townhome-style residences with private street-level maisonette entrances, including two multi-level townhomes and three expansive waterfront terrace residences. The building includes waterfront courtyards, a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, and more than 9,000 square feet of retail space, including Edge-on-Hudson's first waterfront restaurant, with direct access to more than 16 acres of parks and a newly reopened waterfront promenade along a stretch of shoreline closed to the public for more than a century. Developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development with Hines serving as development manager, and marketed exclusively by The Marketing Directors, the project broke ground in fall 2022, topped out in February 2024, and reached occupancy in summer 2025. The building has since entered its final sales phase, with 95 of 100 residences sold before a furnished model home was completed.
