About the project

The George is a boutique enclave of 13 ultra-luxury townhomes at 717 Valencia Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida, closing out MG Developer's multi-phase Biltmore Square community. Designed by Maria de la Guardia of De la Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists with interiors by Nina Takesh, each residence spans more than 5,000 square feet with private courtyards, loggias, summer kitchens and four-car garages fitted with EV charging. Sales are led exclusively by Ryan Serhant and Jorge Fernandez of SERHANT., with the collection backed by a construction loan from Pine Bay Capital. The George brings low-density, single-family-scale luxury to one of South Florida's most prestigious municipalities.
