Developed by Boston-based Southworth as part of a $350 million reimagining of the private club, each single-level three-bedroom, roughly 1,945-square-foot residence is precision-built off-site in hurricane-resilient steel and assembled on-island, with louvered windows, fine woodwork and full-width porches overlooking sweeping fairway vistas, and access to new club amenities including The Bay Club beach club and The Stables sports complex.
