The Gulfstream Hotel is the restoration and expansion of a historic 1925 six-story waterfront hotel at 1 Lake Avenue in downtown Lake Worth Beach, Florida, beside Bryant Park and the Lake Worth bridge. Developed by Restoration St. Louis as a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel, the project restores 90 guest rooms with a lobby restaurant and bar, rooftop pool and meeting space, and adds an adjacent building with additional rooms, apartments, a spa, ballroom and rooftop dining. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
