The Gulfstream Hotel is the landmark restoration of a 1925 Mediterranean Revival hotel on Lake Avenue overlooking the Lake Worth Lagoon in downtown Lake Worth Beach, led by Restoration St. Louis. The six-story historic building — long a vacant icon on the National Register of Historic Places — is being revived with roughly 90 guest rooms and a ground-floor restaurant and bar, its original façade and detailing meticulously restored. An adjoining new mixed-use building expands the resort with additional hotel rooms, residential apartments, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a spa, a ballroom, and event space. Together the campus reestablishes the Gulfstream as a waterfront social anchor for the city's walkable downtown and beachfront district.
