Master-planned around a nine-acre central park with roughly 16 acres of open green space, the walkable district blends thousands of residences across apartments and townhomes with about 375,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, some two million square feet of office space, and two hotels. Wide pedestrian promenades, water features, and a curated public realm knit the neighborhoods together, while StreetLights Residential leads the first luxury multifamily phase. Developed by The Retail Connection and its partners, The Mix is conceived as a signature live-work-play destination for one of the most active growth corridors in North Texas.
