The Mix

The Mix is a $3 billion, 112-acre mixed-use masterplan rising along the Dallas North Tollway at Lebanon Road on Frisco's south side, redeveloping the long-stalled Wade Park site once known as the "hole on the toll." Developed by New York-based JVP Development through affiliate TheMix Partners, with Dallas-based StreetLights Residential as residential development partner, the community weaves together roughly 3,300 residences, two million square feet of Class A office, two boutique-to-business hotels, and 375,000 square feet of retail and dining anchored by Frisco's first Whole Foods. The masterplan is designed by Torti Gallas + Partners and CallisonRTKL with landscape architecture by OJB, centered on a 16-plus-acre urban park, European-inspired paseos, and a below-grade parking structure with direct tollway access. General contractor AECOM Hunt is leading construction of the phased development, delivered with a $113.4 million performance-based public incentive package.
