Owned by Dona Bertarelli and refurbished under Squircle Capital, the property is being reborn with Four Seasons as operator, with Paris designer Joseph Dirand leading the complete refurbishment of the interiors and Gstaad firm Jaggi Architekten as local architect. The reopened hotel will offer 75 rooms and suites alongside a collection of six Four Seasons managed Penthouse Residences for purchase, plus restaurants and bars, a destination spa featuring Clinique La Prairie, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a tennis court, ski and bike services, Kids For All Seasons and a winter ice rink.
The Park Gstaad now set to reopen as a Four Seasons for the Summer 2027 season rather than winter 2026-27, to complete the renovation to the brand's ultra-luxury standard; 75 rooms and suites plus penthouse residences, GM Reto Moser appointed spring 2026.
