The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh marks the brand's first property in Cambodia and introduces the country's first ultra-luxury branded residences. Developed by The Royal Group International on Preah Norodom Boulevard in the Daun Penh district, the tower places 152 guestrooms and suites in its lower reaches and stacks 119 Ritz-Carlton Residences from roughly the thirtieth floor to the sixtieth, in two, three and four-bedroom layouts along with four duplexes and nine penthouses. The hotel program runs to five dining venues, a sky bar, a Club Lounge, an outdoor infinity pool, a spa and fitness center, and roughly 18,300 square feet of event and banqueting space anchored by a grand ballroom. The tower is part of a larger mixed-use development that also carries a Grade-A office building. The site sits within reach of the Royal Palace, the National Museum and Central Market, and roughly twelve miles from Techo International Airport.
