The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston is a 45-story luxury tower on Post Oak Boulevard in the city's Uptown-Galleria district, placing branded whole-ownership residences directly above a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Pickard Chilton is the design architect with Ziegler Cooper as architect of record, interiors by Lauren Rottet's Rottet Studio and landscape by OJB. Residents enter through a discreet private motor court and lobby while sharing the hotel's spa, indoor and outdoor pools, conservatory, library and restaurant collection. It is the Ritz-Carlton brand's first co-located hotel and branded residence in Houston.
