About the project

The Ritz-Carlton Residences anchor The Palmeraie, a roughly two-billion-dollar, 100-plus-acre luxury enclave at the foot of Camelback and Mummy Mountains where Scottsdale meets Paradise Valley. The branded residential collection pairs 91 single-level villas across low-rise buildings with 45 custom estate homes, all serviced by the adjoining Ritz-Carlton resort and threaded through resort pools, a spa, and dining. A designer retail and restaurant promenade — including a separate collection of Fendi-branded residences — frames the walkable core. Estate homes stretch beyond 12,000 square feet, setting a new high-water mark for branded desert living in Greater Phoenix.
