The Setai, St. Maarten

The Setai St. Maarten is an ultra-luxury beachfront resort and collection of branded residences in Indigo Bay, developed by Altree Developments in partnership with The Setai Hotels (Nakash Family). Set along over 1,000 feet of pristine shoreline with views toward Saba and St. Barths, the property will feature a 205-key hotel plus 280 private residences ranging from approximately 620 to over 2,000 sq ft, with dual-key options up to 6,000 sq ft. Designed by HKS Architects with interiors by Studio Munge, amenities include a beach club with cabanas and butler service, three pools (including an adults-only oasis), a 30,000 sq ft destination spa, tennis and pickleball courts, five restaurant concepts, and a Les Clefs d'Or concierge team. It will be St. Maarten's first Leading Hotels of the World property. Construction is underway with completion expected in 2028.
