Set along over 1,000 feet of pristine shoreline with views toward Saba and St. Barths, the property will feature a 205-key hotel plus 280 private residences ranging from approximately 620 to over 2,000 sq ft, with dual-key options up to 6,000 sq ft. Designed by HKS Architects with interiors by Studio Munge, amenities include a beach club with cabanas and butler service, three pools (including an adults-only oasis), a 30,000 sq ft destination spa, tennis and pickleball courts, five restaurant concepts, and a Les Clefs d'Or concierge team. It will be St. Maarten's first Leading Hotels of the World property. Construction is underway with completion expected in 2028.
