The Sound is an 8-story mixed-use residential community at 8111 South Dixie Highway in the South End of West Palm Beach, developed by Woodfield Development in partnership with Flagler Realty & Development, with Verdex Construction as general contractor and Spina O'Rourke + Partners as architect. The project delivers 358 studio-to-three-bedroom apartments, including 90 workforce housing units, alongside roughly 19,000 square feet of retail anchored by a Trader Joe's. Set near the Intracoastal Waterway, amenities include a rooftop sky lounge, resort-style pool, indoor pickleball courts, a coworking lounge, and a landscaped waterfront walkway with a dock and kayak launch.
