The scheme replaces the existing City Hall with four buildings: a 20-story condominium tower of about 95 residences, a 14-story hotel of about 130 rooms, an eight-story building of roughly 350 rental apartments, and an eight-story, 700-space parking garage. Around 20,000 square feet of retail and 8,600 square feet of restaurant space line the ground floors, organized around communal gathering areas, with a public park included in the city's development agreement for the site.
