The first three phases delivered condominiums, townhomes and Marshfront Homes, including the Sabal, Camellia and Magnolia condominium buildings and the Plover, Whimbrel and Sanderling collections designed to ASHRAE Net Zero-Ready criteria, alongside private resident amenities, the redesigned Waterfront Park, two public docks, and waterfront dining at The Kingstide and The DIME. Phase IV, Marin, is a Class A mid-rise rental collection of 128 one- to three-bedroom residences across two marsh-adjacent buildings off Pier View Street, with private terraces, a rooftop lounge, a private pool, a pet spa and structured parking, designed to Net-Zero-Ready and LEED sustainability standards. Phase V is permitted for construction use only, and details for Phase VI have not yet been announced.
