The gated enclave pairs 253 luxury estate residences with a David McLay Kidd–designed championship golf course and world-class equestrian facilities, with architecture by Workshop/APD, D. Stanley Dixon Architect, Morris Adjmi Architects, and Squire & Partners. At its gateway, a walkable mixed-use Marketplace district adds a boutique hotel, condominiums, curated retail, dining, and Class-A offices.
