The William Residences is a 26-story condominium tower planned at 2040 NE 163rd Street in North Miami Beach, Florida, steps from the Intracoastal corridor and the shopping and dining of the NE 163rd Street district. Developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group, with architecture by Carlos Ott and Behar Font and Partners, the tower holds 374 residences ranging from studios to three bedrooms, roughly 550 to 1,410 square feet, positioned as an attainable entry point into North Miami Beach's rising skyline. More than 40,000 square feet of amenities include a resort-style pool deck, fitness and wellness spaces, a pet spa and an on-site cafe. The project replaced an earlier hotel component with an all-residential program after the city approved a revised site plan, expanding the condominium count within an approved development of about 650,000 square feet.
