The William is a 26-story luxury condominium tower rising along Northeast 163rd Street in North Miami Beach's Intracoastal corridor. Developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group with design by acclaimed Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott alongside Behar Font & Partners, the tower delivers 374 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, with interiors by Urban Robot. Residents share more than 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, pet spa, pickleball court, and an on-site cafe, positioning The William as a design-forward addition to the North Miami Beach skyline.
