Timbers Captiva

Timbers Captiva Club & Residences is a private enclave of three- and four-bedroom beachfront residences set within the 330-acre South Seas resort on Captiva Island, billed as the first new beachfront residences on Captiva in more than three decades. The project is developed by Timbers Resorts alongside Wheelock Street Capital and The Ronto Group, the partnership that owns South Seas Island Resort, with Timbers bringing its master-planned resort experience from properties including Castello di Casole in Tuscany, The Preserve at Botany Bay in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Hokuala in Kauai. The offering combines fractional ownership starting around $850,000 with whole ownership starting around $4.93 million, marketed under the Timbers Reciprocity Program that gives owners access across the brand's broader portfolio of resort residences. The legal condominium is known as North Beach Captiva Condominium, with the fractional plan known as North Beach Captiva Condominium Fractional Plan, together marketed as Timbers Captiva. A sales gallery has opened at the Shops at South Seas. Occupying roughly one-third of the northern tip of the six-mile-long barrier island, the surrounding South Seas property spans 2.5 miles of white-sand beach and includes more than 250 varieties of shells and over 230 species of birds within its estuary and wildlife preserve.
