Delivered through a public-private partnership between the Texans, Harris County and master-developer Howard Hughes, the district pairs a 175,000-square-foot football operations headquarters, three outdoor practice fields and a roughly 16,000-seat indoor fieldhouse with hotels, apartments, healthcare, retail, restaurants, parks and structured parking, positioning northwest Harris County as a year-round sports and entertainment destination.
