About the project

Torre Rise is a 484-metre supertall skyscraper in the Obispado district of Monterrey, Mexico, set to become the tallest building in Mexico and Latin America. Developed by ANCORE Group and designed by ANCORE's Esteban Ramos, the vertical icon stacks retail, roughly forty floors of offices, a luxury hotel, and some twenty floors of apartments and penthouses beneath a crowning observation deck. Its residential collection features multiple apartment typologies and twelve exclusive penthouses, while the hotel and sky-high amenities anchor the mixed-use program rising beside the Santa Catarina River.
