Torre Rise

Torre Rise is a slender, faceted vertical city combining a hotel, offices, luxury apartments, retail and a multi-level 360-degree observation deck with a restaurant and cultural exhibition space. Its tapering glass form rises dramatically above the Obispado ridge in central Monterrey, engineered with a deep foundation and five subterranean levels to anchor its extreme height. The program stacks parking, hospitality and residences into a single landmark silhouette crowned by publicly accessible sky decks with panoramic views toward the Cerro de la Silla. Conceived as a symbol of national pride, it announces Monterrey's arrival on the world skyline.
