Tributer Resort is a luxury residential and golf community on the shores of Lake Anna in Mineral, Virginia, developed by Reef Capital Partners about an hour from both Washington, D.C. and Richmond. Anchored by the Cutalong championship golf course and a clubhouse home to Coopers Restaurant and a golf shop, the roughly 1,400-acre resort will deliver nearly 900 residences including luxury golf villas, cottages and Cooper Estates homesites, complemented by a wellness center, sports courts and direct lake access. A second, Tiger Woods-designed TGR Design course is planned for a future phase.
