Tributer Resort

Tributer Resort is a golf and residential destination by Reef Capital Partners set above the shores of Lake Anna in central Virginia, near Mineral. The community is anchored by championship golf: its existing private course, Cutalong Golf Club, was named one of Golf Digest's Top 5 Best New Private Courses in the United States in 2023, a layout inspired by National Golf Links of America and the Golden Age principles of C.B. MacDonald, Donald Ross, and Alister MacKenzie. A second private, 18-hole championship course designed by Tiger Woods' TGR Design is now planned, playing to 7,310 yards through rolling farmland, hardwood forests, and pine groves overlooking the lake. Alongside the golf sits the Shenandoah Green, a lighted 18-hole putting course, and a clubhouse overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green that houses Coopers, the resort's signature dining venue and golf shop. The residential collection includes homesites, four-bedroom Golf Villas, and two-bedroom Golf Cottages — member-owned, with select homes available to guests through Stay & Play reservations — built in a style that marries traditional Virginia design with contemporary comfort. Once complete, the community will grow to nearly 900 residences alongside additional chef-driven dining, sports courts, wellness amenities, pool and lakeside recreation, and trail systems.
