Tula Residences is a 21-story, 54-residence Biscayne Bay condominium tower rising at 7918 West Drive in North Bay Village — the three-island enclave between Miami Beach and the mainland — directly on the water with views spanning the Downtown Miami skyline and the Atlantic horizon. The tower's floor plate is unusually generous: corner-only residences with just four units per floor across the standard 7th through 19th floors, topped by an exclusive collection of six grand penthouses spanning the 20th through 22nd levels. The project is developed by Bayshore Grove Capital, the Miami-based real estate development and private equity firm founded by Vivian Zumot Dimond, with pricing from approximately $1.995 million for standard residences to $8 million-plus for penthouses.
