Billed as the country's first biologically optimized resort, Velara pairs a 90-key resort with 63 private residences, a mix of ocean-view condominiums, penthouses and standalone villas, and is described by its developer as the only high-rise residential property permitted along this protected stretch of Guanacaste coast. Homeowners can place their residences in a resort rental program. The program is anchored by the Raiz Wellbeing Center and spa of roughly 25,000 square feet, offering advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, biometric tracking, recovery treatments and guided health programs, alongside a performance center of about 50,000 square feet.
