Vestige Xaudum

Vestige Xaudum is a six-suite lodge in Khaudum National Park in northern Namibia, a reserve of more than 3,800 square kilometres with almost no built tourism infrastructure. It is the first of four lodges that will make up a new Vestige Namibia circuit, alongside Vestige Sorris Sorris in Damaraland, Vestige Omatendeka near the Grootberg mountains, and Vestige Sheya Shuushona on the northwestern edge of Etosha National Park. The lodge sits on a prehistoric Kalahari sand dune overlooking an ancient fossil riverbed and is the only property inside the park's northern section. Accommodation is five one-bedroom suites and a single two-bedroom suite with four private decks and a plunge pool, arranged in rammed-earth forms under thatch discs with decks pushed out over the bush. The circuit marks Vestige Collection's first expansion beyond Spain.
