Viceroy Residences Clearwater Beach is a Viceroy-branded luxury condominium development at 551 South Gulfview Boulevard on Clearwater Beach, Florida, at the southernmost point of the barrier island where the Gulf of Mexico meets Clearwater Pass. Developed by BH3 Management and U.S. Development in partnership with Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and designed by BC Architects, the project rises as two nine-story towers holding 86 Gulf-front residences above a parking level and a dedicated amenity floor, making it the first new-construction luxury condominium to launch on Clearwater Beach in more than a decade. The buildings are engineered for coastal resilience, elevated to 18.6 feet NAVD, well above the FEMA base standard for the site, with full concrete construction and missile-impact glass rated to withstand winds of up to 165 miles per hour. Owners receive Viceroy-managed hospitality service alongside a private beach club with its own restaurant and pool bar, an owners' restaurant with pool and beach service, a full-service spa with sauna, steam rooms and plunge pools, a Gulf-facing fitness center, a resort-style pool ringed by private cabanas, a beach bar with sand firepit lounges, a media lounge, and a resident clubhouse.
