Village Landing

Village Landing is a 71-acre mixed-use town center in Wellington, developed by Related Ross at the intersection of State Road 7 and Stribling Way. Envisioned as Wellington's first walkable downtown, it combines roughly 220,000 square feet of retail, more than 100,000 square feet of dining, 90,000 square feet of office, and a 180-key Hilton hotel around a central lake with a boardwalk, quarter-mile loop trail, interactive fountains, open lawns, a dog park, and a playground. The lakefront destination is designed to give the equestrian community a signature gathering place blending shopping, hospitality, workplace, and residential living.
