Village Landing

Village Landing is a 71-acre mixed-use town center in Wellington, Florida, developed by Related Ross on the former K-Park site at the corner of State Road 7 and Stribling Way. Positioned as Wellington's first walkable downtown, it combines roughly 220,000 square feet of retail with more than 80 shops, over 100,000 square feet of restaurants, 90,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 180-key residence-style Hilton hotel. Six interconnected plazas and green spaces anchor the plan, organized around a main street, a village square and a central lake with a lakefront boardwalk, a quarter-mile loop trail, interactive fountains, open lawns, a playground and a dog park. Programmed year-round with farmers markets, holiday festivals, fun runs and pop-ups, the district blends national brands with local concepts to give Wellington's residents and seasonal equestrian community a signature gathering place. It marks Related Ross's first major South Florida expansion beyond West Palm Beach.
