W Pompano Beach

W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences is a 24-story, roughly 290-foot beachfront tower rising on a 3.7-acre site at 20 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, developed by Related Group and BH Group in partnership with Marriott International as one of the first co-located W Hotel and W Residences in the Western Hemisphere. Designed by Nichols Architects with fluid lines and locally sourced materials drawn from the surrounding beachscape, the tower commands roughly 475 linear feet of direct beachfront and delivers 74 two to four-bedroom residences of about 2,400 to 3,400 square feet plus three penthouses with private rooftop pools, alongside 296 fully furnished condo-hotel studios, one and two-bedroom suites ranging from about 580 to 1,860 square feet and a set of signature WOW Suites. Interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape design by Enea Landscape Architecture support an amenity program built for both residents and hotel guests, including a 12,011-square-foot spa, 12,464 square feet of banquet and event space, a 4,400-square-foot hotel restaurant, a separate 6,741-square-foot chef-driven restaurant, ground-floor retail, three pools and multiple sports courts. Every residence is fitted with floor-to-ceiling impact glass and a generous terrace capturing ocean, coastline, Intracoastal and city views. The tower sits within Pompano Beach's East CRA redevelopment district beside the Fishing Village and municipal pier, one of Broward County's most actively reinvested beachfronts.
